Michelle Madrigal and Joross Gamboa reunited on First Time

Michelle Madrigal plays Valerie Gomez aunt of Cindy (Barbie Forteza) on the pre-primetime teen drama of GMA entitled First Time. She has love interest in the person of her Star Circle Quest batchmate who also turn Kapuso recently Joross Gamboa.

In spite of being batchmates during the first season of SCQ
artista search of ABS-CBN whereas Hero Angeles became the Grand Teen Questor, Michelle and Joross for the first time will work together as loveteam.



"First time naming magkakatrabaho, as in
partner. Kasi before, I worked with him
naman sa kabila [ABS-CBN], pero si
Roxanne [Guinoo] talaga ang partner
niya. So, yun ang bago. First time
naming magkaka-partner na dalawa," sabi
ng young actress.

According to Michelle, she did'nt hear the news about Joross' transfer to Kapuso network until during the story
conference of First Time.

"Lahat naman kasi kami noon sa SCQ
naging close kami kasi kami lang ang
magkakasama sa taping. Nagulat ako, pero
masaya ako kasi, siyempre, kung saan may
work, dun ka. At sa tingin ko, okey
naman siya dito kasi, at least, okay
yung bago niyang manager [Noel Ferrer],
okay yung work niya."

Did she give advice to Joross since she's working on GMA for quite some time now?

"Yes, niloko ko nga siya... Sabi ko,
'Uy, nandito ka na rin. Masaya rito,
mag-e-enjoy ka.' E, kasi ako,
nag-e-enjoy ako, masaya naman. Hindi ako
nawawalan ng work, so okey talaga."

It was indeed true that Michelle has continuous projects ever since she moved to GMA. She already appeared on five telenovela: Kamandag, Dyesebel,
Luna Mystika, Zorro, and Tinik Sa
Dibdib. And in the present she's part of the pre-primetime new show First Time
which replaced Ikaw Sana recently.

"Sa akin naman, yun ang importante. Yung
hindi ka nawawalan ng work. Masaya ka sa
ginagawa mo. Kesa naman yung
nakatunganga ka, wala kang naiipon,"
says the 22-year old young sexy actress.
